Delivery Information


We understand that privacy is important to La Rouge Boutique customers. To insure your discretion is kept from your neighbours, children or even parents, we use the upmost discretion in packaging your order for shipment. All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of "Bourne House, Office 19" instead of " La Rouge Boutique". Products are mailed in plain Mail Order Courier bags or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order).

How Long before I Receive My Order?

Standard Delivery (1st Class post): 1-2 working days from order date.

Standard delivery costs £3.50 on orders less than £60 - UK orders over £60 go free!

Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

European Customers

Signed for Airmail costs £6.95 on orders less than £150, or is free for orders of £150 or more. It is usually delivered within 5-15 working days from order date and this option includes tracking. This service requires a signature upon delivery. We can track your parcel until it leaves the UK, and provide assistance if any problems arise during transit or delivery.

* Please note: this option requires a signature upon delivery, but rest assured, none of our external packaging displays any branding so, if needed, you can have it delivered to your workplace with no-one but you knowing what is contained inside. Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Your country's postal service undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. LaRougeBoutique cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.

Does my order need to be signed for?
Yes. We use Royal Mail 1ST Class Recorded Delivery so a signature will be required. If you are not home when the postman tries to deliver, a card will be left which can be used to arrange redelivery or collect from your local Royal Mail Sorting Office.
International Delivery

We delivery to most countires, This can be selected at the checkout page, For international delivery we use Air Mail

Tracking Your Order

At La Rouge Boutique, we like to keep you fully informed on when to expect your parcel. If you have created an account with us you can log in at any time to check the progress of your order, We will also email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns & Replacements

You can return any item of lingerie within 14 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. All goods will be inspected on return.

It's very important that when you return an item, you include the invoice that was sent with your order. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5 -10 working days for the funds to show in your account. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. You can return the parcel by standard Royal Mail delivery this will take up to 7 working days to reach us.
Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are only returned on a standard airmail service and always obtain a certificate or receipt of posting.
