Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation and aim to respond to customer emails in 1 working day. 

Returns and Cancellations

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned in their original packaging.
